My room was absolutely disgusting, blood on light switches and walls, and my ac unit didn’t work and there was a hole in the window letting hot air in

Nice location, easy to find. Close to the county fairgrounds with easy less than 5-minute access. Pool & hot tub were outstanding, warm and clean to swim in.

Rooms need updating and deep cleaning . . . there was mold in the bathroom shower area, beds were hard - difficult to sleep in, bedding was scratchy and were washed in the cheapest laundry detergent ever as both my daughter & I broke out.

Swimming pool was closed. No handrails in the bathroom for the handicapped. No advanced notification of swimming pool.

For the price the room was very large. The bed was very comfortable.

Would have been nice to have some plastic utensils in the room. Coffee maker needed to be cleaned.

The staff was friendly

We had five rooms. One room had ants. One room had poor water shower pressure. One had lights that didn?t work.

The delicious breakfast. The pool. Very helpful friendly people at front desk.

Our garbage was not emptied one day.

The size of the rooms is nice and having refrigerators and microwaves in the room is a big plus

The desk guy was rude. He also checked another couple into our room and gave them keys to our room. Also the breakfast was awful. I tried several jellies for my toast and they were all hard and crusty. Our room was not very clean.

The heater in the room was so loud and kicked on and off so often it work us both up over and over again. My wife can sleep through almost anything, but not that header.

They have the worst pillow of any hotel I've ever stayed in, they are thin and hard. I accidentally left an item in my room and while I know they are not liable for my stupidity the manager did not return my call. Very poor customer service.

The room was fine

The breakfast is free and worth every penny, but not a penny more. What a disappointment. The selection is poor & the juice was thin

The staff was incredibly helpful when I went into my room and the AC didn't work. The man at the front desk came and tried it, and then shortly after moved me to a different room. Very friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were older and could use some sprucing to help with appearances, but they weren't horrible or gross.

We could have used a extra blanket for the bed. We didn't know there was one in the coffee table until the next morning.

Clean, comfortable, friendly, surprised us with having breakfast available an hour before the posted hour when we had to leave early for the airport

Swimming pool closed for maintainence though we probablly didn't have time to use it.

We stayed in the King suite (2 rooms) T.V. in each room King bed and Sofa bed. Small refrig and microwave Great bed and lots of room. Good breakfast. We did not use the pool. A lot of eating places close by. pet friendly!

No apple juice for breakfast. Orange juice seemed like it was watered down.

We really liked the lay out of the room with the bedroom separated by French doors to the living room. 2 tvs were great to have!

The breakfast left much to be desired. While our room had a kitchenette, there were no dishes, pans or utensils to cook with. We didn't have the opportunity to use the pool but it looked like it needed to be cleaned.

The rooms were big & roomy & clean.
